This site offers a collection of Talking Digital Books, and a reader program, WD-Reader, to use these books.

A WDS Talking Digital Book (abbreviated TD-book) is a combination of an audiobook and an e-book: a TD-book contains both the written text and an audio recording of the spoken text of a work.

Audio recordings contain text read by real humans (no computer-generated audio). When reading a TD-book, using the WD-Reader program, the on-screen text and the audio remain synchronized.

TD-books can be either single- or multi-language.

TD-books run only on personal computers. Microsoft Windows XP or later and the Microsoft Windows Media Player, version 9 or above, are required.
